Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By contracting the legal advisory services offered by Abogados & Asociados (hereinafter, "The Firm"), you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Purpose of the Service

The Firm provides legal advisory services in the areas of law in which it is duly licensed. Consultations may be provided in person, by telephone, or virtually, as agreed upon by the parties.

3. Limitation of Service

The legal advice provided does not, under any circumstances, constitute full legal representation or judicial representation, unless formalized through a specific mandate and representation contract. The information provided is based on the background information provided by the client and does not replace the in-depth review required for a trial or proceeding before courts or public services.

4. Fees

Consulting fees are provided in advance and must be agreed upon by the client before the service is provided. If additional services or legal representation are required, these will be quoted separately.

 

5. Client Obligations

The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information for the proper evaluation and counseling of their case. The Firm is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

 

6. Confidentiality

All information provided by the client will be treated strictly confidential, in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Chilean Bar Association and applicable laws.

 

7. Intellectual Property

The content of the consultation, including documents, emails, reports, or other materials, is the intellectual property of the Firm and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express authorization.

 

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the Studio reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee. Refunds will only be issued if the service has not actually begun.

9. Jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the interpretation or application of these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile and before the ordinary courts of the city of Concepción.
